Review of Costa Coffee. Dog friendly Costa – at last! I’m a regular visitor to Costa outlets as, with a few exceptions, they are consistently ok, with friendly service. Was very pleasantly surprised to find that this one not only has the good consistency, roomy interior and friendly staff, but the welcome dogs inside.
