Here are some of the things you will need to give your guinea pig a bath: Guinea pig shampoo that is safe for guinea pigs skin and fur. Do not use ones that are designed for humans or different animals. Water bucket – this is where you will fill the water to about 1 inch (or 2 cm) depth to give guinea pig a bath.<\/b><\/p>\n

What can I use to wash my guinea pig?<\/h2>\n

The only safe soap is a guinea pig or small animal shampoo. Anything else will be too harsh for your pet’s sensitive skin. We have seen some websites saying it’s okay to use unscented baby shampoo, but we only recommend this if you’re absolutely desperate.<\/b><\/p>\n

Can guinea pigs have sand in their cage?<\/h2>\n
